Customer Reviews

"Yum. Simple and straight--yum. We had a cheese pizza because that's the real test. You can't hide good or bad pizza when it's just crust, sauce, cheese. All were great. We also got a mushroom, lemon linguini. We added more fresh lemon to it and it was delicious, too. I had a cabernet that was smooth and fine for the little bottles they sell. Highly recommended in this lovely area. Cash only so be prepared for that."

"My favorite eatery everytime I visit. Consistently delicious food and the pizza crust and sauce are to die for. The Italian Lemon cake was melt in your mouth good. New for me this visit was the garlic chips which at first did not sound appetizing but again they did not disappoint and the entire pan disappeared in minutes! Love it love it love it!"

"A local classic, been around since 1988!! There can be a short wait so plan accordingly. As everyone else mentioned, yes it's cash only, with an ATM inside. We ordered the garlic chips, a pasta and a medium pizza for two. So much food! The portions are enormous. The pasta was good but felt under seasoned. Garlic chips were perfect and mega garlicky. The interior is cozy and comfortable. Our server must have been new because she didn't know the menu, and was a bit slow and forgetful, took quite a while to bring things out."

"Best place in the valley! The Parmesan wedge with homemade ranch and marinara is a must get for every visit. They have wonderful salads, pasta dishes and sandwiches, etc. The owner and staff make you feel welcome. This is must stop but bring cash or use their ATM!"

"We came by on a Friday night around an hour before closing. Very lively! Beautiful restaurant, that has a really cozy welcoming energy to it. We didn't try anything but the pizza, but it was incredible. Top 10 pizza's we've ever tried."

"A friend and I were doing some hiking in Monongahela National Forest for several days. On October 22, 2025, we decided to give Sirianni's Cafe a go. Before you even open the door, the delicious smells of the food hits you. We got there around 5:30PM and when we left at around 7:00ish the place was comfortably packed. The service was outstanding, friendly and attentive. We each had the pizza but all the other food looked really good as well. The pie was "off-the-charts-on-point", and the sauce and crust were amazing. Paired with locally brewed amber ale, the meal was top notch. Hands down some of the best pizza I've ever had. Great selection of wine as well! I'd highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area or even not so close by. Note though, it's cash only but they do have an ATM on site."
